SuperPlasticizers (Super-Plasticizers), water reducers, and the reduction of HBV or high range water are chemical additives that are added to concrete mixes to improve workability. Polycarboxylate ether solvent (PCE) or simply polycarboxylate (PC) to function differently sulfonate based superplasticizer (Super-Plasticizers), which cement dispersion by steric stabilization instead of electrostatic repulsion. This form of dispersion is stronger in its effect and gives improved workability in mixing cement.
